To book your spot, email us at spazioprove@quattrox4.com, with the subject line OPEN TRAINING, DATE, EQUIPMENT OR DISCIPLINE.
If you have booked a spot but can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to give other people the opportunity to participate and to organise the space as efficiently as possible for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE: NEW RULES!
OPEN TRAINING is reserved for people with previous experience who are able to use the equipment safely and independently, without the assistance of our teachers, unlike during our annual courses.
If you are not enrolled in our courses and have not yet registered with our association for the 2026–2027 season, you will need to become a member the first time you come to train. The membership fee is €20 (membership fee + full ASC insurance coverage), but you will not have to pay for your first session. To register, fill out the membership form HERE. When you arrive, you can pay directly at our venue.
“BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT”: if you would like to bring your own equipment, please mention it in your email, specifying whether it is certified and whether you are willing to share it with other participants.
DO I NEED A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE?
Yes. A medical certificate for non-competitive sports activities is required for all sports activities carried out at Quattrox4. Without it, your insurance coverage is not valid. You can bring us a copy of the certificate or send it by email. We simply need to make sure that you are training safely and that your insurance coverage is valid.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE?
- If you don’t know where to get a medical certificate, or you have never changed your residency since moving to Milan, you can get one at participating CERBA HEALTHCARE centres. When booking online, you can indicate that you are a Quattrox4 member and receive the reduced rate of €42.
